Sisters In Sync Tea Gala is our premier annual fundraiser event dedicated to introducing the young ladies we serve and those who support our mission of “Empowering, Impacting, and Improving the lives of young ladies aged 10–24.” Through our proven “Safe Place” program model, we provide the mentorship and life skills necessary for the next generation to thrive.

Ticket Tier Selections
The Duchess/ Duke – $150. A distinguished seat at the table for an evening of personal prestige and connection with the Sisters In Sync legacy.
The Majestic Pair – $140 per seat. Celebrate shared history and the strength of partnership with reserved seating for two honored guests.
The Triple Crown – $130 per seat. An ensemble of three, joined in the spirit of community and the collective empowerment of our future leaders.
The Scepter Circle – $125 per seat. A premier alliance for your group of ten (10), providing an entire table of honor for ambassadors of our mission.
The Princess/ Prince Royal – $75 per seat. A seat of honor for our young ladies and gentlemen. Must be accompanied with an adult ticket.

- The Scepter Circle Experience: A premium reserved table for ten (10) guests with priority placement near the stage.
- Segment Naming Rights: Your name or company logo will be exclusively featured as the presenter of one of the four gala segments (e.g., “Tea Time: A Legacy of Connection [Your Name]”).
- Elite Recognition: A full-page color ad in the digital and printed program, a dedicated “thank you” from the podium during your sponsored segment, and logo placement on all event signage.
- Lasting Impact: This sponsorship directly funds one (1) school year of programming for ten (10) young ladies.
This segment honors the rich history of tea in Black culture, celebrating how tea gatherings have long served as sanctuaries for community, resilience, and sisterhood.
This segment features inspiring presentations from middle and high school girls as they share the vital life skills—from self-esteem to emotional resilience—they have mastered through the program.
In this segment, college interns share their personal “Professional Calling,” detailing their transformative journeys with Sisters In Sync and their future ambitions to advance youth development and community growth.
We honor our roots with a moving tribute to our founder, Dolores “Mama Duck” Allen. Watch a retrospective slideshow of former members who are now thriving women and hear how this program’s “Safe Place” shaped the successful lives they lead today.
Would you like to donate another amount? Choose your giving level below.
- Transfer Your Seat: You may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please notify us at sis@sisnsyncinc.org with the new guest’s name by April 25, 2026.
- Convert to a Donation: If you cannot attend and do not wish to transfer your seat, your ticket purchase will be converted into a 100% tax-deductible donation. A formal donation receipt will be provided for your records.
- Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Gala is canceled by the organizers, a full refund or credit toward a future event will be issued.
