Submission Instructions
Diamond & Sapphire Sponsorship
To ensure your premium, full-page advertisement prints with flawless clarity and remains perfectly aligned with the calendar’s top coil binding, please provide these exact specifications to your marketing team or graphic designer:

- Full Creative Freedom: As a premier Diamond or Sapphire sponsor, you have complete creative control over your full-page display! Your advertisement should feature your own company branding, corporate colors, and marketing imagery.
- Print-Ready Ad Submission: Please submit a finalized, complete advertisement layout. Our organization does not provide graphic design or layout editing services for full-page spaces.
- Dimensions & Coiling Safe Zone: Your file must be exactly 11.5″ wide by 11.5″ tall. Because this is a hanging calendar, you must keep all text, logos, and critical information at least 0.5 inches away from the top border to avoid the binding coil holes, and 0.25 inches away from the other three sides.
- File Specifications: Please submit a high-resolution, press-quality PNG file at a minimum of 300 DPI (CMYK color profile preferred) to ensure sharp printing.
- Deadline & Delivery: Please email your completed full-page artwork directly to sis@sisnsyncinc.org no later than October 15.
Gold Sponsorship
To ensure your horizontal monthly banner advertisement is formatted beautifully and matches our uniform calendar layout, our team will handle the design assembly natively. Please provide your materials based on the guidelines below:
- Logo File Requirement: Please submit your company logo as a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background (minimum 300 DPI). Do not send JPEGs or files with solid white background blocks.
- Text Submission: Along with your logo, please email the exact text you want featured on your banner (such as your business tagline, phone number, and website URL).
- Banner Space Dimensions: For your reference, the final compiled layout space will measure 11.5″ wide by 1.25″ tall.
- Deadline & Delivery: Please email your transparent logo and text details directly to sis@sisnsyncinc.org no later than October 15.
Silver & Bronze Sponsorship
To ensure your business card advertisement is formatted beautifully and remains perfectly legible in our uniform directory layout, please review our submission guidelines below:
- Text-Only Submission: Please do not submit completed card files, phone photos, or custom graphics. Because we utilize a standardized layout template for all sponsors, simply email us the exact text you want included.
- Information Checklist: Please include your Business Name, Address, Contact Number, Email, and Website. Double-check all spelling before sending.
- Silver Sponsorship Details: If you are a Silver Sponsor, please include your special calendar date text (35 characters or less, including spaces) along with your business details.
- Deadline & Delivery: Please email your text details directly to sis@sisnsyncinc.org no later than October 15. Late submissions cannot be guaranteed placement in the print layout.
