My Sister My Friend Life Skills Development Program is for middle and high school girls. It has been developed to teach young ladies essential life skills while fostering a healthy sense of self-worth, self-confidence and self-awareness. It’s currently being used in a variety of youth development programs as well as homes. MSMF Safe Place Kit consist of the Instructor’s Curriculum, Instructor’s Manual and Student Workbook with 10 engaging and interactive modules, journal, shirt, bag, and more. Career Sister is a 12-week career discovery and internship program for young ladies 16 – 24 years of age. Ladies learn how to identify their passions for optimum career choice, develop and strengthen work skills, and grow professionally while interning for Sisters In Sync, Inc. Sisters For Christ (SFC) is the inaugural program of Sisters In Sync, Inc., successfully operating in churches worldwide since 2002. Designed for girls aged 10 to 18, SFC focuses on life skills development and spiritual growth, nurturing the whole girl for optimal transition into adulthood.

Sisters In Sync, Inc. was built on the love, support, and empowerment of Safe Women volunteers. Our beloved founder, Dolores Allen—affectionately known as Mama Duck—sought out Safe Women to serve as mentors. We continue to welcome and invite Safe Women mentors into Sisters In Sync, Inc., recognizing that mentorship is the foundation of becoming and remaining a great woman.

The Sharyse Napue Scholarship Program was established to award scholarships to college-bound girls who have participated in Sisters In Sync, Inc. programs. Scholarships are granted based on achievement and financial need.
Sharyse Napue was a cherished charter member of our first program who passed away unexpectedly.

The Mother-Daughter Role Reversal is a beloved staple of Sisters In Sync, Inc.! This special experience brings mothers and daughters together to strengthen their bond, deepen their understanding of one another, and swap roles in a fun and meaningful way.
We place a strong emphasis on the mother-daughter connection, recognizing its unique significance. Studies show that this relationship has a greater impact on a girl’s future self-esteem and adult interpersonal skills than any other relationship in her life.
This workshop fosters stronger communication, trust, and emotional support, ensuring that girls receive encouragement both within the program and beyond.
Our annual Awards Celebration is a special time to recognize the incredible girls who have participated in Sisters In Sync, Inc. programs. Families gather to celebrate this meaningful occasion as their daughters are honored, and graduating seniors are celebrated for their achievements.
